Digi-Dhan Fair organized to create awareness about cashless transaction

04.03.2017(Darbhanga): Digi-Dhan an event, was organized at Darbhanga District Administration Office Campus to create awareness among people about cashless and digital transaction. This is the third such event to be organized in Bihar and was inaugurated by R. K. Khandelwal, Commissioner Darbhanga.

Many bank in the district participated and had set up their stall to provide information about cashless transactions to visitors. Adhaar Card and Comfed stalls were also setup to help people.

Central Minister of State Ram Kripal Yadav inaugurated the program to facilitate winners of various competition organized during the event. Anil Kumar Sharma, Director, Niti Aayog was also present at the occasion. The guests were welcomed by Dr. Chandra Sekhar Singh, DM Darbhanga and the thanks giving was by Vivekanand Jha,DDC Darbhanga.
