Student's benefits money must reach their account before 31st March 2017

10.03.2017(Darbhagna): In a review meeting chaired by Chief Secretary R.K. Mahajan (Bihar Education Department), district education officers were directed to ensure that the money meant for students benefits reaches their accounts before 31st March 2017.
Chief Secretary R.K. Mahajan with district education officers reviewed distribution of Scholarship, Cycle, Dresses and other benefits to the students.
He said that the fund has already been made available to all the districts and now timely distribution is the responsibility of education officers. He further said that failure in completion would result into strict action against responsible officers.
DM Dr Chandrasekhar Singh, District Education Officer, District Welfare Officer, District Public Relation Officers and others were present during the meeting.
