Singhwara boy murder case - murder accused arrested

Police finally got success in arresting accused of murder case after long investigation. The murder of a boy Mukesh Kumar age 8 years dates back to 18.03.2016 when his mother filed the missing complain at Bharware Police Station in Singhwara District.

Police later recovered the dead body from brick factory in Gayghat police area village Shahwazpur. Initial investigation was based on the statement of mother of the boy in which she accused one Sankar Yadav of murdering her son. However, police later found out the charges baseless and started searching for new clues.

Police later focused their investigation on one Radhe Shyam Sharma resident of Lakhanpur, Muzaffarpur after getting to know that he frequently visited deceased house. On that day he took the boy with him on some pretext and later murdered him. The event has been corroborated by eye witnesses who saw him going out with the boy on that day. The accused mobile location was also traced to the crime location by police.

The arrested criminal has past criminal records as well.

The arrest was done by police team under Sighwara SHO Rashid Ali and Investigating Officer B.D. Ram.
