10.01.2019(Muzaffarpur): The idea of establishing centers to help talented students of weaker economic sections is brain child of SSP Manoj Kumar currently posted at Muzaffarpur.

Speaking about the idea he said that this initiative would help those students who wants to study and prepare for competitive exams like UPSC, BPSC, Banking & Railways etc but due to financial situations they cannot afford such training courses. Professors/Teachers and other qualified working professionals from the district would participate in imparting knowledge and training students for competitive exams. Career counseling and employment counseling will also be provided through these centers.

Speaking to DarbhangaOnline, SSP Manoj Kumar shared that in past his initiatives like - Promoting sports through various activities during his tenure at Begusarai and introducing training program for youths during his tenure at Bhagalpur brought positive changes and encouraged him to work on more programs like this. Through these intiatives he aims to bring positive changes among youths.

The applications forms for enrolling in such programs would be made available through police stations and students can enroll themselves free of charge by providing Aadhaar card and 2-passport size photograph. Registration can also be done through website www.manojkumarips.com. The first session would be started from 15.01.2018 07:00 AM - 09:00 AM at Langat Singh College, Muzaffarpur.

As per the information shared, selected and qualified candidates would also provided placement through TCS and Mahindra company .
