Notorious criminal arrested by Darbhanga Police

Wednesday, 10.08.2016: Following up the lead in recent robbery incident in which a businessman was robbed and shot police arrestred a norotrious criminal Anil Thakur S/O Ram Babu Thakur, Vill- Raghauli , PS.- Bisffi, Dist.- Madhubani. Police also recovered a USA made pistol which seems to have been stolen from some Police officer. Arrested Anil Thakur said pistol was provided by another criminal Raman Kumar Singh which is now behind the bar in Hira Paswan murder case.

Police was pursuing the lead providing the visual description of the criminal involved in the robbery and further investigating Anil Thakur and others involvement in the crime.

Arrested Anil Thakur is a notorious criminal which has in past been charged in over dozens murder cases, loot, robbery and under arms act.

Recovered:
(1) One Pistol and fives cartridge
(2) One mobile
