In a tribute to first Prime Minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru, Bihar Governor Ram Nath Kovind offered garland on his statute near Patna Railway Station.
In other program organized by state, CM Nitish Kumar , Education and Technology Minister Ashok Choudhary and many other Social Workers, Politicians and others offered their tribute on the occasion.
