ICDS review meeting by DM Dr. Chandrasekhar Singh

22.04.2017(Darbhanga): In a review meeting DM Dr. Chandrasekhar Singh directed ICDS district officials to appoint aganwadi sevika/sahayika on vacant posts within one month. He asked to publish the vacancies in newspapers.
Currently there are posts of 58 sevikas and 80 of sahayikas are vacant. In addition 75 posts of savikas are vacant on mini aganwadi centers.
He further instructed district officials to ensure that sanctioned amount is made available for the purpose.
Taking note of absence of CDPO, Kusheshwar Asthan in the meeting he directed to put a day salaray on hold.
District Program Officer ICDS, DPRO Kanhaiya Kumar and other ICDS officials were present as the review meeting.
