Darbhanga District Administration ready for Humain Chain Event

20.01.2018(Darbhanga): Darbhanga district administration has completed all the necessary planning and arrangements and seems well prepared to make the Human Chain event a successful day.

As per the information shared with media, the whole district has been divided into Sectors, Zones and super zones for better management. For the Human Chain formation a total of 30 routes has been identified with a length of 418 KM. Arrangement has been made that every sector/zones/super zonal area will be covered by Co-ordinators, Magistrate, Police Officers along with team.

Government and Non-Government organizations, Social welfare associations, Red Cross, NCC and Scout guides, Jeevika Didi and political parties are among many who are expected to take part in event.

To ensure peaceful and safe event, district administration has also setup a control center which will be headed by DPRO Kanhaiya Kumar. The telephone number of control center is 06272-240600.

All vehicles movements other than Government vehicles and emergency services would not be allowed on identified routes and sub-routes on 21.01.2018 in between 10:00 AM till 03:00 PM.

District administration and Nagar Nigam would be making necessary services like drinking water, ambulance etc available along the routes.

Md. Mobin Ali Ansari, Additional Collector would be in charge of the event in the district.
