Chief Secretary Anjani Kumar review meeting with district officials

24.03.2017(Darbhanga): In a review meeting with district officials, chief secretary Anjani Kumar Singh took stock of working of Planning, Development and other departments in the district and the implementation of various schemes.

He instructed the officials to ensure the property details of working officials are sent within 02 to 03 days to the respective government departments.

The officials who are habitual absentees during public grievance proceeding would be taken seriously and administrative action would be initiated against them.

He asked concern district officials to ensure that the money under Scholarship, Dress, Cycle and other schemes should reach the beneficiaries within this financial year.

He addressed the present officials on the other issues and asked to improve working of departments which includes regular inspection of District Registration and Consultancy center, ensuring 100% issuing of Birth and death certificates, adequate availability of required forms etc.

Darbhanga Commissioner R. K. Khandelwal, DM Dr. Chandrasekhar Singh, DPRO Kanhaiya Kumar and other senior district officials were present during the video conference review meeting.
