Darbhanga Police vehicles are now fitted with GPS

28.01.2017: Sharing the details SSP Satyaveer Singh Darbhanga said , for better monitoring and tracking police vehicles of Laheriasaria PS, Town, University, Benta, Bahadurpur, Sadar, Bhalpatti, Mabbi, Simri, Manigachi has been fitted with GPS which will enable real time tracking and monitoring of their movement.

In the second phase remaining police vehicles will be fitted with similar GPS devices as well . Through mobile app senior officers will be able to see the information on Mobile. With the use of technology police department is aiming to provide better policing though efficient deployment and quick response of police vehicles.
