District administration reviews arrangement and appeals for peace and harmony

11.08.2019(Darbhanga): In the wake of upcoming Bakrid and last Monday of Sraawan (Saavan) religious celebrations both falling on the same day, the district administration appealed to people from different communities to celebrate their festivals with peace and harmony.

Addressing to a joint peace committee in Hanuman nagar block Mori panchayat, Darbhanga DM and SSP said that the District administration has taken all the necessary steps to ensure peace and law and order. They further said that the all the important places would be monitored through CCTV and Video recording would be done. The police stations has been briefed and are on alert. Anyone who would break the law or would try to disturb the peace would be dealt strongly.

Administration further appealed to the representatives of different groups for their support.
