Darbhanga Police arrested notorious criminal

Darbhanga police succeeded in arresting notorious criminal in a loot case dated back on 31.05.2016. Around mid night on that day Diwakar Singh Chandan resident of Housing Colony Board (Bahadurpur police station) while coming back from Darbhanga Railway station took the auto in which two criminals were already riding pretending to be passenger. When Auto reached near the Gaytri Mandir, Bakarganj the criminals threaten him by showing weapon and snatched Laptop bag, Nokia mobile, gold chain and wallet etc. A robbery case was registered in Laherisarai Police Station.

Following the complain an investigation was started and police finally arrested Reyaz alias surya Mohalla Maharajganj , Babul kumar Mohalla Bakarjang, Amit Kumar Mohalla Saidnagar. Police said Surya is a notorious criminal and has many cases on him related to Murder, illegal arms possession and extortion.

Recovered items - Laptop , Mobile , Weapons and Auto.
