As the dates of Bihar assembly election got declared today, Darbhanga district administration conducted a press released addressed by Ajit Kumar Satyarthi (SSP) and Anil Choudhary (AC). During the press release information about various measures and step being undertaken to ensure free and fair election by district administration was shared with media personals.

Among the details announced by district administration some of the main measures are-

18 Cells has been constituted by district administration to ensure free and fair election.
Sector officers have been deputed to certify and ensure fair voting at polling booths.
Media review cells have been formed whose main responsibility would be to report violations related to paid news and video advertisements by candidates.

District administration also announced helpline numbers for the voters which can be used to obtain information as well as register their complains for a quick action. In addition to the Toll-free control room number 1800-345-6395, following are the helpline numbers for different constituencies-
